U.S. bombs Japanese civilians: Hiroshima

Protesting and demanding change in Ukraine
[Ukraine is where U.S. Senator, failed presidential candidate, released POW, torture survivor, Arizona Republican John McCain is both eliminating the civil rights of Americans with indefinite detention bills (written with a shameful Joe Lieberman). There he has been stirring up Cold War-era tensions with Russia by offering Ukraine covert U.S. military intervention and promises of overt sanctions].
Never far from the dead and injured, nuclear-armed missiles stand by ready to rain down ultimate devastation, waiting for the horrible moment when hubris [our overarching American pride and exceptionalism], accident, or inhumanity triggers the next nuclear attack.

“I hate war,” Hosokawa reiterated. “War makes everyone crazy.”

Nagasaki Festival

(FTWR) Imagine 20 bulky, drunk Japanese men carrying a two ton golden shrine, hauling [it] up several flights of stairs.

We are experiencing the Kunchi matsuri Festival in Nagasaki City, Japan (where they affectionately call it O-kunchi).

Kunchi started as a festival to celebrate the harvest season, then came to be an occasion to oust hidden Christians, and nowadays it’s primarily just a holiday.

The city districts make their own floats; one float was a beautiful ship with kids playing drums, and one of them was also trying to catch as many painted wooden fish from the ground as possible. We also find traditional Dragon Dance and, of course, the use and abuse of sake [a distilled rice alcoholic spirit that leads us to wonder if the name Naga-saki isn't a reference to "dragon-brew," naga-alcohol]... 7 Ancient Pyramids of Crimea, Ukraine (video)

Amber Larson, Dhr. Seven, Pat Macpherson, Wisdom Quarterly
Jurassic Era pyramids resembling Egypt's and Mexico's found buried in Crimea, Ukraine
(Dahboo77, Spartakus90000) What is the real cause of the war? The oldest pyramids on Earth, a distinction formerly reserved for Bosnia and Egypt, found buried in Crimea?

Wheel-turning monarch (chakravartin)
The world is full of pyramids because there used to be world-cultures and world-rulers (chakravartins) with very advanced technology (anti-gravity vimanas, akasha-ships in the shape of wheels or chakras) usually arriving from the air or emerging from within the planet, according to ancient lore not just of India.

Indeed, India has a long history of life on Earth recorded in its sacred Vedic texts from the Indus Valley Civilization that preceded it. Sumerians, Egyptians, Near Easterners (now part of the geopolitical Middle East). There have been civilizations that ruled the globe at times, as suggested by Dr. Michael Cremo's "forbidden archeology." Investigative journalist Linda Moulton Howe confirmed the existence of an underground pyramid/power station in the U.S. state of Alaska.

War, prehistoric pyramids, inexplicable mummies, UFOs, and more all going on concurrently in Crimea. World leaders are desperate to keep it concealed in Ukraine.

Saka/Scythian/Shakyan princess draped in gold
This will blow minds. While empires face off, we have to wonder why. What could be so important to risk war? Pyramids have been uncovered in Crimea (QHA/ICTV), which is connected to Ukraine and the Central Asian 'stans where the Buddha, possibly a Scythian (Saka or Shakya), was born. The pyramids are there, and so are the Russians, who will not be ransacked by the West without a fight.

Cindy calls Gwyn's war comments ignorant, selfish
Online comments are hurt like war
When Gwyneth Paltrow stirred controversy this week by comparing her daily struggles with Internet trolls to the “dehumanizing” experience of soldiers at war, she messed with the wrong woman: Cindy McCain [wife of the horrible, Sarah Palin-picking, NDAA-promoting, Ukraine-stirring, Hillary-loving, Vietnam POW and Senate Republican war hawk].

Hearing about Paltrow’s comments, the wife of Arizona Sen. John McCain took to Twitter, calling the actress “a joke” and stating that “My 2 sons serving in the military should talk to her.” (McCain’s son Jimbo served in Iraq as a Marine, and her son Jack is a Navy lieutenant).

In an interview on Thursday with HLN Now TV, she went a step further, calling Paltrow’s comments “ignorant” and “selfish” and offering to take her to meet with veterans.

Katy Perry: I'm on meds
“I would encourage Gwyneth Paltrow -- and I would be happy to go with her -- to go sit down with some troops who have served in Afghanistan or Iraq and talk to them about what really goes on, and perhaps meet some of the young men and women who have lost limbs from this,” Cindy McCain said on HLN Now TV. “It’s Hollywood; I don’t know what else to say.” More

Why don't you go send some care packages to your war brood? And leave the Gooper to carry on shining her superior light on the rest of the world? Abuse of female protester, Ukraine (FEMEN)
At least 30 pro-Russian rebels have reportedly died in fierce fighting at the airport in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk. The Ukrainian government bombarded the airport with air strikes, then paratroopers, after rebels seized it on Monday. The fighting began just hours after the pro-European billionaire candy tycoon Petro Poroshenko won Ukraine’s first presidential election since the ouster of Viktor Yanukovych.

Sexism may be alive and well in Europe, Russia
After his election, Petro Poroshenko said he was ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but he ruled out any talks with pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine. To discuss these developments, DN is joined by three guests: Christopher Miller of the Kyiv Post, reporting just steps from the embattled airport in Donetsk; Jack Matlock, the former U.S. ambassador to the Soviet Union from 1987 to 1991; and Timothy Snyder, professor of history at Yale University, who just returned from Kiev and wrote the article in The New York Review of Books titled Ukraine: The Edge of Democracy. Chinese tensions at ASEAN summit in Burma

Ashley Wells, Pat Macpherson, Wisdom Quarterly; Deutsche Welle (dw.de)
Southeast Asian leaders meet at first regional ASEAN summit hosted by Burma, overshadowed by growing tensions in the South China Sea (dw.de).

Burma's Pres. Thein Sein at Economic Forum
The ten-member ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) met on Sunday at a historic summit hosted for the first time by Burma.

The predominantly Buddhist country -- now called "Myanmar" by the ruling military dictatorship led by Gen. Than Shwe in their new fortified capital as Naypyidaw, which was moved from Rangoon -- is hosting the summit at its remote and secretive showpiece capital.

Concerns over a stand-off in the South China Sea between China and Vietnam are likely to put the focus of discussion on longstanding maritime disputes in the region. Tensions arose this week after China moved a deep-water oil rig into territory near the Paracel Islands that are also claimed by Vietnam.

Was the Buddha Ukrainian? (video)

Amber Larson, Dhr. Seven, CC Liu, Wisdom Quarterly (archives); English.Pravda.ru
The Buddha was a supremely handsome Central Asian royal with blue eyes, fair/golden complexion, black curly hair, and striking features, from the Solar Dynasty, a warrior-caste "noble" (Aryan or Iranian). See Rhys Davids' Jataka (trans.) with "Story of the Lineage" (MT)

[The] Buddha, who is widely worshiped in Asia, was of direct relevance to Ukraine, the official publication of the country’s parliament wrote.

Jesus Christ actually lived 3,000 years before his canonical birth and spoke the Coptic language, which is a close language to the ancestors of contemporary Ukrainians...

“It is quite possible that [the] Buddha belonged to the Scythian nation of Budins [who] lived on the territory of ancient Ukraine during the first or the second millennium B.C.

“The name of the nation is still preserved in the names of Ukraine’s contemporary settlements -- Seredina-Buda, Buda, and some others,” the newspaper of Ukraine’s Supreme Rada wrote.

Gorgeous Buddha in Asia
“Everything is clear from the ethnic point of view. [The] Buddha was a Scythian Arian [Aryan in Buddhism means "noble one," but is thought to derive from the word for Iran, people from the northwest implicated in ancient "Aryan Invasion" theories about the rise of the Indus River Valley and India], a member of the Budin tribe. The descendants of the tribe still live in the Sumsky and the Chernigov region of Ukraine, as well as on the neighboring lands of Belarus and Russia,” the newspaper said.

Yay, the Buddha's cool and Ukrainian! (FEM)
The “sensationalist” article was written by Valery Bebik, a doctor of Political Sciences, a professor, deputy principal of Ukraine University, and the chairman of the board of the All-Ukrainian Association of Political Sciences.

Mr. Bebik published a number of his articles in the official newspaper of the Ukrainian Parliament before. He wrote his previous articles for the paper to “prove” the remarkable role of the Ukrainian civilization, which endowed the world with spiritual enlightenment, outstanding prophets, philosophers, and leaders.

In 2008-2009, the Ukrainian professor shared his amazing observations of ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, and the ethnic origin of Jesus Christ.

Hey, Obi, you don't tell me who to invade, and I won't tell you who to kill with your drones! Like with Libya, I said don't take out Kaddafi. - Hey, Vlad, relax! Don't make me sic McCain on ya. - You get that Munchkin out of Ukraine, you "lame duck," you would-be dictator. You and Merkel, stay out of my affairs! - Man, you crazy, Putty! I can't talk to you no mo'.

Blue-eyed reclining Buddha, final-nirvana (W)
“The name of Egypt’s major temple, Het-ka-Ptah, sounds very much like Ukrainian words hata and ptaha (“house” and “bird”). The pictures on the Egyptian pyramids show that Egyptian queens were blonde women with blue eyes, just like many Ukrainian women. One should also pay attention to the fact that the trident, which is currently the minor national emblem of Ukraine, can often be seen there too,” the [social] “scientist” wrote.

“We have already outlined the facts that placed in question the official church version of the ethnic origin and the biblical dates of the life of Jesus Christ and the historical epoch, in which the basis of Christianity was formed.

It looks like Christ actually lived 3,000 years before his canonical birth and spoke the Coptic language, which is a close language to the ancestors of contemporary Ukrainians,” The Voice of Ukraine wrote. More
